1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using StartupSchedule ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StartupSchedule is an AI-powered executive assistant that helps you manage your calendar, prepare for meetings, and coordinate scheduling through your connected email and calendar accounts. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
To use StartupSchedule, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Connected Accounts
The Service requires you to connect your Google or Microsoft calendar and email accounts. By connecting these accounts, you authorize StartupSchedule to access and process calendar events, email threads, and related data solely to provide and improve the scheduling service. You may disconnect your accounts at any time from your account settings.
5. Subscription and Billing
StartupSchedule offers subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
StartupSchedule and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StartupSchedule and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated scheduling suggestions and meeting briefs should be reviewed before acting on them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartupSchedule shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
